By ordering a plan, the customer agrees to these terms.
wish-ly.app enables the creation of personalised wish and memory pages for different occasions (e.g. birthday, wedding, graduation, new baby, holidays and other occasions). After ordering, the customer receives:
The availability of the page depends on the booked plan (Free: 24 hours after the occasion; Basic: 14 days; Premium: 365 days). For pages booked retroactively, the period starts on the creation date. Not every plan is available for every occasion; different periods, prices and features may apply to individual campaigns (e.g. seasonal specials). These are shown at booking and are then decisive.
The offer on wish-ly.app is a non-binding invitation to order. By submitting the order form, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded when wish-ly.app confirms the order by email or makes the page available.
Current prices are shown on the home page. All prices are final prices in euros (€). Payment is made by credit card or other payment methods offered. Payment is processed by the payment service provider Stripe. Once payment is completed, the page is made available immediately.
The Free plan is permanently free of charge and does not require any payment details.
As this is a digital service provided immediately after ordering, the right of withdrawal expires under Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) when performance of the contract begins, provided the consumer has expressly agreed that performance may begin before the withdrawal period has expired.
The customer confirms that they upload only content for which they hold the necessary rights. In particular, the following is prohibited:
wish-ly.app reserves the right to remove unlawful content without prior notice.
wish-ly.app endeavours to ensure high availability but gives no guarantee. After the usage period (according to the plan) has expired, all uploaded content is irrevocably deleted. Recovery is not possible.
wish-ly.app is liable only for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence, loss of profit and indirect damage is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the provider’s place of residence. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
wish-ly.app reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes are published on this page. The date of the last update is stated above.
